GREAT music, great food and big hearts are all in SouLed Out’s menu. In conjunction with its 13th anniversary, the diner is offering 13 years of best retro hits in a Limited Edition CD Compilation - exclusively available for patrons and friends in the name of charity from now till January.
The charity CD drive is the outlet’s next initiative following the success of its Oktoberfest celebration at Souled Out where hundreds of patrons were delighted with an infectious repertoire of Bavarian folk tunes performed by German band Anton Und Dielustigen (Anton and the Funny Faces).
The band members, dressed in Lederhosen delivered light and easy German tunes and sang contemporary compositions such as Country Road and Achy Breaky Heart.
The band evoked the emotions of celebration, camaraderie and elation with a lot of rib-tickling antics, party face masks and blowing of balloons.
Group marketing manager Fanny Foo said: “We realise that we are blessed with great and loyal customers who have helped us grow and sustain this business. We took a step back and reflected on the great support we have had throughout these years and count our blessings for having enjoyed so many successes and rewards.
In the spirit of SouLed Out’s “as good as a hug” philosophy, we are dedicating this year’s celebration to giving back to those who are in need of hugs, specifically to the children of Chow Kit from Rumah Nur Salam.”
Patrons have the opportunity to enjoy the music while doing their bit for charity.
Proceeds will go to Ruman Nur Salam, Chow Kit - a home for underprivileged children.
