There was also a keen tussle for the top spot in the B Medal with five participants - Sallehuddin Shamsuddin, Mohd Shahrin Ahmad, Norazmi Md Yusof, Abdul Jalil Abu Hassan and Kamarulzaman Abu Bakar - returning with 37 points each.

Sallehuddin lifted the title after countback.

The championships, offering prizes worth about RM500,000 including the latest Mercedes Benz C230AV, a Ducati Monster and Harley Davidson as hole-in-one prizes, was aimed at bringing together NZ Wheels customers and business partners under its NZ Wheels Lifestyle programme.

NAZA group joint executive chairman SM Faisal SM Nasimuddin said they were proud to organise the championships with support from CIMB Bank and Kurnia Insurance.

“Both are long-term partners as main sponsors for the championships. The NZ Wheels Lifestyle programme is truly one of a kind programme with the company’s commitment to provide exceptional services and experience that exceeds all expectations,’’ said SM Faisal.
