Three-hour badminton coaching clinic at school

What say you on the issue below?

JUNIOR badminton coach Lee Guan Chong will be holding court in the three-hour badminton coaching clinic as Milo forged the partnership with the Sri Garden Kuala Lumpur for their Play More Learn More campaign at the school’s badminton hall in Taman Maluri, Cheras, today.

Sharing a common aim in providing the children with the avenue to pick up good values in their formative years, a group of trainers will be assisting Lee in the clinic scheduled from 1pm to 4pm.

About 130 participants aged 12 years and below are expected to go through the paces in the introduction session to the basic skills for the fastest racquet sport.

The children will also be given the chance to interact with their peers for a memorable shuttling experience in the organisers’ bid to encourage them to foster camaraderie and embrace the unity spirit for their initiative at grassroots.

The clinic is also held in conjunction with Sri Garden’s Open Day as part of the education provider’s effort to enlighten the parents that participation in sports holds a significant role in their children’s development.

The participants are required to bring their own racquet to join the event for free of charge.
