100 AmBank Sports Club members to participate in run

AMBANK Group is back again this year to support the PJ Half Marathon as one of the event’s main sponsors.

AmBank Group public affairs head Syed Anuar Syed Ali said they were happy to be involved in the event as promotes community sports and healthy living.

“We have always been a strong supporter of community sports and this shows our continuous commitment.

“We consider this a golden opportunity to reach out to the community as the PJ Half Marathon does not only attract serious runners but also families who just want to have fun and bond with their children and friends,” he said.

Syed Annuar added that AmBank would be sending 100 members of its Ambank Sports Club to participate in the PJ Half Marathon.

He presented the sponsorship to The Star’s deputy group chief editor II Leanne Goh and StarMetro senior editor Brian Martin at a cheque presentation ceremony in Menara Star recently.
