The Muar Lions Club and the Sultanah Fatimah Specialist Hospital here teamed up to contribute cash and food items to 25 poor families in Pagoh.
Lions Club chairman Lee Yong Khang and hospital director Dr Ahmad Pauzi Abu (centre) brought along some of their staff to distribute the aid at SJK Tamil Pagoh recently.
Dr Ahmad Pauzi said, although the aid was mainly for poor Indian families, they also distributed similar aid to a Malay and a Chinese family.
