‘Dog’ remark riles Amy Search

What say you on the issue below?

ROCK singer Amy Search (pic) was upset when a daughter of his former bandmate referred to him as a dog on Facebook, reported Kosmo!.
Sheeqa, the daughter of former Search drummer Yazit, had posted “Who is barking like a dog?” in an obvious reference to Amy.
“What’s her problem that she had to call me a dog? She can criticise me, but to call me a dog is just plain rude,” said the 58-year-old singer.
The controversy started when Amy commented on Facebook that the band Restrospektif, which sang a Search song at the Malaysia Agriculture, Horticulture and Agrotourism Show 2016 recently, should not copy the original band’s style.
Restrospektif denied trying to copy Search, which later prompted Sheeqa to make her comment.
> The daily also reported on a husband and wife who both lost their right legs after their motorcycle was rammed by a car in Kuala Nerus, Terengganu.
Mohd Isa Mohd Shariff, 43, and Sharifah Shalwani Syed A. Rahim, 35, were heading to Batu Enam from Kuala Terengganu on Wednesday when a Honda Civic crashed into their motorcycle, causing them to lose their right legs below the knee.
Kuala Terengganu Deputy OCPD Supt Suffian Sulaiman said the incident was believed to have happened after the car’s front tyre burst.
The driver then lost control, causing the car to swerve and ram into the motorcycle.
> A Kuantan man, who was forced to quit his job a year ago to look after his cancer-stricken wife and son, has appealed to people to stop trying to take advantage of his misfortune, reported Harian Metro.
Muhammad Allwei Zakaria, 36, is taking care of his wife Norfazila Zainal, 33, who is battling stage four breast cancer, and his eldest son Muhammad Aisyfaheem, six, who has a brain tumour.
His story went viral after someone posted about the sacrifices he made for his family.
He said he felt saddened by the news that some people were collecting donations while claiming to represent his family.
“I plead to those who are doing this to stop taking advantage of my family’s hardship,” he added.
