THE newly-crowned Miss Chinese Cosmos 2009 Ong Wei Sian claimed her RM200,000 pearl collection from Rafflesia Pearl Centre as part of her prizes in an exclusive ceremony held a day after the pageant.
Held at the Rafflesia Pearl Centre in Park Royal hotel, the company’s managing director, Winnie Sin, presented the necklace replete with stylised Rafflesia flower and matching earrings, ring and bracelet.

First runner-up Tiffany Ong, who took home the subsidiary Miss Glamorous title also sponsored by Rafflesia, won a RM10,000 pearl necklace while second runner-up Rasima received a RM5,000 pearl necklace. The rest of the 17 finalists also received pearl necklaces.
