KUANTAN: The body of an Indo-nesian man was found lying in a ditch at a rubber estate in Merapoh, Kuala Lipis.
Pahang CID spokesman Asst Supt Noor Asyikin Shamsuri said the man, identified as Irwan, a rubber tapper, was believed to be in his 20s.
She said police received a call around 11am on Sunday and found the body covered with linoleum.
“He was found lying face down in a ditch. There were injuries on the victim’s head and he could have been dead for several days,” she said.
