“This will go a long way in keeping Penang clean.”

He later opened the new community hall of the Sungai Gelugor JKKK.

Among the activities held during the event on Friday were a children’s colouring competition, netball competition and a lucky draw.

There was also an exhibition by several agencies such as the Drain-age and Irrigation Department, Department of Environment and Penang Public Library Corporation.
