WANGSA Walk Mall, the lifestyle community mall located in Wangsa Maju organised a contest starting from June 25 to Sept 25.
Since its official opening in February 2010, patronage at Wangsa Walk Mall has increased by leaps and bounds to an average of 500,000 visitors a month.
“The main objective of the ‘Guess & Win’ contest was to reward our customers,” said MSL Properties Sdn Bhd retail mall general manager M.K.Foong.
The ‘Guess & Win’ contest required customers, who had spent RM100 in a single receipt, to guess the number of coloured balls inside the Perodua Viva 1.0BZ(AT), which is the Grand Prize for the contest, and complete a slogan in not more than 20 words.
The grand prize is worth RM36,850 with road tax and insurance coverage.
At the prize presentation ceremony, Norhaizi Khaidzir, 33, a military officer with the Royal Malaysia Air Force at Mindef at Setia Wangsa and a mother of two, walked away with the grand prize.
A total of 2,098 entries were received during the contest period.
“We would like to congratulate all the 22 winners, particularly the grand prize winner and to those who participated, thank you for your participation,” said Foong.
Wangsa Walk Mall is a sprawling community and lifestyle shopping mall, opened on Aug 27, 2009.
It has 174 outlets and tenants which include popular brands and retailers such as Cold Storage, Secret Recipe, TGIF, Asia’s second largest fitness centre, Celebrity Fitness, nine state-of-the-art Cineplexes managed by TGV, a 32-lane bowling alley, a karaoke lounge, Focal Point, A&W and others.
As a community and lifestyle centre, the mall is equipped with an amphitheatre for performances and activities, a 400m jogging track, a landscaped children’s playground and numerous amenities for the elderly and disabled, all within an environmentally friendly surrounding for an enjoyable and pleasant visit.
