THE latest integrated development in Jalan Ampang along Embassy Row is all set to wow urban dwellers with its unique features.
M City, a new project by Mah Sing Group is dubbed to be one-of-a-kind with its concept, a city within a development. Located near the Plaza Ampang City and Risda is only 5km from KLCC.

The Sky Club will have three levels incorporating the club, swimming pool, gym and even a squash court.
Teh said the units range from 506sq ft to 1,330sq ft so the added gardens and Sky Clubs would provide an ideal place for the home owners to relax.
“With these amenities, home owners can enjoy various activities within the development. There will be open spaces at the end of each block as well to allow for small parties and barbecues,” he added.
The versatility of the Soho gives young urban couples a chance to use the units as residential or commercial space. The duplex is ideal for those starting off as entrepreneurs, the portion downstairs can be used as an office space while the upstairs can be used as a bedroom.

The units start from RM700,000 and on show now is the Soho Type A (781sq ft) unit as well as the Type C 1 bedroom duplex with two entrances (upstairs and downstairs).
At the retail section, they have already roped in Village Grocer to run the supermarket followed by several retail outlets that will definitely make it an easy living for the owners.
Apart from that, Teh believes the surrounding catchment will also benefit from the services M City can provide.
To ensure the safety of all the residents, separate entrances will be provided with access cards.
There are many access roads as well to the city centre including the AKLEH highway, MRR2 and Jalan Tun Razak nearby.
