Unforgettable birth date

What say you on the issue below?

NOV 11, 2011 was not only an auspicious day for newlyweds but also for all mothers whose babies were born on that day.

As at 11am, a total of nine babies – three girls and six boys – were born at the Raja Permaisuri Bainun Hospital in Ipoh.

Making the day even more memorable, the mothers and babies received a special visit from state Health Committee chairman Datuk Dr Mah Hang Soon.

Dr Mah, who handed out ang pows to the mothers, said the first baby had arrived at 1am.

The 3kg baby girl was born to Nguyen Thi Ngoc Con, a Vietnamese married to a Malaysian.

“I never expected to give birth on 11.11.11.

“It was a complete surprise as I was only admitted the night before,” the 32-year-old housewife said, cradling her baby gently to her chest.

“I’m so happy for my child. She is so lucky to be born on such a special date,” the mother of two said.
