THE world’s most famous purple dinosaur, Barney, and his loveable friends were in town to take children on a space adventure in the stage musical Barney’s Space Adventures at the Plenary Hall, KLCC.
The children and their family members were excited when their favourite characters from the ‘Barney and Friends’ series were right before their eyes, and that was not an everyday experience.
The audience followed the famous characters who were heading to outer space to the Perfectly Purple Planet, where the rulers King Morado and Queen Purpurina hosted a grand royal ball to celebrate Barney’s love of all children in all galaxies.
Much-loved group: Barney and his friends entertaining the audience at the Barney Space Adventures stage musical at the KL Convention Centre in Kuala Lumpur. The musical featured Barney, BJ, Baby Bop, Cousin Riff and friends who together go on an exciting adventure aboard a spaceship. The Perfectly Purple Planet, the magically purple kingdom, is inhabited by friendly and colourful space people.
The songs rendered were familiar ones like If You’re Happy and You Know It, Dino Dance, Hey Mr Knickerbocker, Funny Face, Ain’t It Be Great To Be Crazy, I Can Make Music With Anything and We Are Little Robots.
Of course, the crowd were thrilled when the famous characters sang the Barney’s signature song I Love You.
