Dance-loving grandma teaches aerobics classes

What say you on the issue below?

POTS of lush green ferns around the front porch greet visitors as they enter the large living room, bathed in sunlight and a medley of songs from the ’80s.

Looking at a wall-to-wall mirror and cabinets lining the sides of the room, the setting is unassuming, that is until the humble abode turns into a hive of activities.

Keeping fit: Using small dumbbells and a chair for support, Rosnah instructs her students in a weight training-cum-aerobics exercise.

Diligently following their aerobics instructor’s directions, a small group of health enthusiasts seem almost out of breath after a 30-minute session but not their instructor, Rosnah Jonet.

Rosnah, despite all of her 66 years, was still breathing normally while the rest, who were years younger than her, were panting away. The mother of two and grandmother of six smiled widely as she talked about her immense passion for dancing, in particular stretch aerobics, which she said had transformed her life greatly.
