KLANG: IT’S never too late to plan your Christmas dinner or year-end get-together at The Buzz, Premiere Hotel — the first four-star business class hotel is set in a contemporary and polished ambience.
An exquisite Christmas Eve buffet dinner and International High Tea luncheon menu with more than 100 dishes await guests at only RM98++ per adult, RM68++ for senior citizen or child, and RM68++ (adult), RM47++ (senior citizen or child), respectively.
Begin your Christmas Eve celebration by savouring the restaurant’s wide selection of Seafood on Ice entrees which include fresh oysters, crabsticks and prawns, as well as the carved turkey roll with pineapple and prune platter.
Continue with the specials served at the hot station such as the oven baked turkey with apple and walnut stuffing dish that goes well with sweet cranberry sauce and roasted salmon fillet with walnut and black pepper relish.
Other festive hot meals include lamb cutlet with herbs, seafood paella and venison fricasse served with wild mushrooms.
Diners also have the option to choose how they want their pasta dish to be cooked, whether in chicken bolognese, carbonara or napolitano sauce.
Christmas is not complete without dessert, so indulge in the specially prepared Christmas pudding, Yule log, warm bread, butter pudding, cakes, tarts, fresh fruits and ice cream.
The International High Tea Buffet which is available on Christmas day offers dishes such as roast sirloin, confit duck with orange mango sauce and beef stroganoff.
Premier Hotel senior sous chef Mohd Rosnan Jaraih said: “Our hotel’s main foyer will be decked with Tudor house decorations. There will be a Christmas stall selling cookies.
“We hope to take care of every last detail, from the food to the dining atmosphere, to make our guests’ time with us memorable,” he said.
The Christmas Eve buffet dinner promotion is available on Dec 24 from 6.30pm to 10.30pm, while the Christmas International High Tea buffet is available on Dec 25 from 12 noon to 4pm.
Premiere Hotel will host children from the Good Samaritan Home for a special carol-singing session on both occasions.
