A NEIGHBOURHOOD with semi-detached houses and town villas are the latest properties offered in Bukit Serdang, Seri Kembangan.
Dubbed ‘The Park @ Bukit Serdang’, the 2.11ha project by the property arm of Binastra Group features 12 units of three-and-a-half-storey semi-detached houses, 20 units of three-storey semi-detached houses and 15 units of town villas.
Each semi-detached unit comes with five bedrooms and six bathrooms.
The low-density development would also be equipped with a clubhouse, providing facilities such as a swimming pool and a gym.
Binastra property development general manager Steven Ooi said response to the development had been positive.
“We have received more than 300 enquiries. The project will be launched after Chinese New Year but is now open for registration,” he said.
The development caters for families looking for ample space in modern homes.
The three-and-a-half-storey semi-detached houses will be priced at more than RM2mil, three-storey semi-detached houses at below RM2mil and town villas from RM450,000.
Another of Binastra’s luxury housing project is ‘The Hill @ Kemensah’ located at Ampang.
The 1.15ha development amid lush greenery has 20 units of three-and-a-half storey semi-detached houses and 12 units of three-storey town villas.
“Besides 24-hour security, the site has access via MRR2. It is ideal for executives searching for quiet yet luxurious living,” Ooi said.
The estimated selling price for the semi-detached houses will be over RM2mil while the town villas will be available from RM650,000.
The project will be launched after Chinese New Year.
Meanwhile, Binastra is also offering commercial units at the second phase of 32 Avenue at Bukit Serdang.
Close to 70% of the three and three-and-a-half-storey shop offices have been sold.
“There isn’t a centralised commercial area in Bukit Serdang, so we saw an opportunity to provide just that with the 32 Avenue.
“It will be a vibrant business place,” Ooi said.
From a construction firm founded in 1979 by Tan Nge, Binastra has expanded to include a property wing in 2005.
To-date, the property arm has completed and delivered more than RM200mil worth of properties.
“We have RM250mil worth of projects this year and we are targetting at another RM600mil next year, if the economy permits,” Ooi said.
