Developer emulates past success to create precinct-style layout

RAISING the bar of expectations in Kajang, TTDI Grove has been well-received by house buyers and investors alike since the launch of its maiden phase early this year.

The 45.73ha master-planned township features landscape designs by a landscape architect (who counts Desa Park City, Kuala Lumpur in his portfolio) and stylishly-designed homes.

“We have never sought to just emulate what other developers are doing.

Low density: Ellenia is designed for modern families.

“Our focus is very much on delivering a new living experience to buyers and residents who will eventually make up our township,” said marketing and sales senior general manager Mohd Johan Shadzli.

The sales have been overwhelming and this trend looks set to continue with the latest addition — Ellenia double-storey terrace houses.

Comprising houses with lot sizes of 22x70 ft and built-ups starting from 2,141 sq ft, Ellenia is right in the heart of TTDI Grove, adjacent to phases 5 and 6 and the fully-sold Grove Square retail lots.

The houses in Ellenia are arranged in precinct-style clusters with the majority of homes facing an open park.

This layout has been adopted in TTDI Alam Impian and has been popular among buyers.

Within a short walking distance from Ellenia, residents can enjoy the many conveniences offered in Grove Square, as well as relax and rejuvenate at the Central Park in Grove West.

“We are not focused on just building houses. Naza TTDI’s strength has always been on building communities,” said marketing and sales senior manager Bernard Yong.

The TTDI Grove township is accessible by highways such as Silk, Cheras Highway and Lekas.

Situated 4km from Kajang town, the township is just 20 and 30 minutes away from Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya respectively.
