Tanjung Tokong - circumcision costs at private clinics more and more expensive every year until the charges are costing RM200 per person.
Chairman of the Area Neighbourhood Watch (KRT) Tanjung Tokong, Sly Mohd Ismail said, compared to 10 last year, the price of circumcision in private clinics is between RM50 to RM60 environment only.
"Maybe a little cheaper government health clinic, but no doubt the average parents choose private clinics to circumcise their children," he said.
He was premier circumcision program organized by KRT Tanjung Tokong and Village Development and Security Committee (JKKK) in Tanjung Tokong, Tanjung Tokong Flat Uda here.
A total of 30 children participated in the program.
In addition to carrying a four-wheel drive car around Tanjung Tokong, all of which were watered using water assisted firefighters.
Mohd Sly said second program was held to help parents cut costs.
"Through such programs, it also helps the less fortunate. In addition parents should think about the cost of children's school expenses would start next year.
"We are proud to hold this program because it is helping many other families of these children also have fun," he said.
