PETALING JAYA: Golden Screen Cinemas (GSC) and TGV Cinemas offer refunds to customers who buy movie tickets Beauty and the Beast following the suspension of the film.
Customers of both cinema operators, who buy tickets online or mobile application will receive automatic refund to their bank account.
However, customers who purchase a ticket at the counter have to come to the cinema where each ticket purchase for a refund of their money.
Customers are advised to bring along proof of purchase.
GSC in a statement on Facebook on Monday said the repayment will begin at 11 am to 10 pm on Wednesday, 31 March.
Film Beauty and the Beast in Malaysia which is supposed to start on March 16 has been postponed.
The film's distributor Walt Disney Co (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd told the review of the internal causes of the suspension of the film in the country.
