Shoe brand celebrates three decades with great promotions

HOMEGROWN shoe brand Princess has turned three-oh!

Fittingly it held a number of events to celebrate the milestone. First it threw a grand party back in June.

Then it sponsored the Amaze International Model Search, dressing the contestants in the latest and sexiest footwear.

It also launched the Princess Card, a loyalty programme that entitles members to discounts, previews for sales and new collections, free passes to exclusive events and birthday treats where members get 30% discount on all purchases made in their respective birthday month.

In its latest promotion, the shoe company is giving readers of StarMetro a chance to win free Princess Card membership as well as cash vouchers worth RM30. And you’ll have plenty to choose from when spending that voucher.

Princess currently offers five main and distinctive lines of shoes. They are Pumps, Fashion, De Confort, Deluxe and Viani.

Fashion, like its name, features a range from sexy heels to sweet and simple pumps. This category focuses on casual trendy designs. The latest collection features mostly boots, strappy heels and sandals in beige, pure white, midnight black, brown and pastel grey.

Deluxe collection caters to the bigger sizes — 9 to 13. The latest collection consists of strappy heels in bold and beautiful colours such as metallic gold, red and black and flats

The Pumps category, despite its name offers flats in addition to high-heel pumps. Princess Pumps are also available in genuine leather for extra comfort. Peeptoes in light brown, black and faux snakeskin dominate in the latest Pumps collection.

De Confort features thicker padding for extra comfort and neatly stitched together outsole of the heels to create more edge to these heels.

Targetted at chic young women, Viani tempts with ballerinas incorporating details such as buckles in colourful summer shades like pink, orange, blue and red.

The latest collection features bags in pastel shades like pink and beige as well as bright colours like orange, blue and yellow. Some designs also come with embellishments such as studs and lace, making them great for all occasions.

Since establishing its first retail store in Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman in 1981, Princess has grown to nine stores throughout Klang Valley. Through the decades, the brand has kept its mission of carefully crafting each pair of shoes to bring extra comfort to wearers.

Princess shoes are priced from RM49.90 to RM240, while bags are priced from RM15.90 to RM199.99. They are available at Princess stores in Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman, IOI Mall, Sungei Wang Plaza, Maju Junction, Ampang Park, Tropicana City Mall, Taman Sri Jati off Jalan Puchong and Plaza Shah Alam. A RM30 voucher will be given to existing members who present their old Princess Cards for upgrade to new membership.
