How it all works

What say you on the issue below?

Since your bags are borrowed and must be returned unless you buy them, here is the lowdown on the situation from Tan Kheng Hua.

How do I know if the bags are genuine?

The bags are bought from the boutiques and have the receipts, tags and packaging as proof.

What if you accuse me of returning a fake bag?

Upon acceptance of the bag you have to sign you are getting a genuine bag so you must return the same.

Will my payment be safe?

Yes. It is a secure payment page by World Pay from the Royal Bank of Scotland.

What if I see the actual bag and don’t like it?

I will refund you 100% and take the bag back. But you will still have to pay RM25 for delivery unless you pick it up yourself.

What about damages?

Depends on how serious. Usually there is no damage from normal usage but if there are stains, you must pay for cleaning. But if you spilled wine and the white bag is now red, then you must buy it.

Do I get a discounted price should I decide to buy?

No, you will pay the same price as in the boutique. For instance, the Louis Vuitton Neverfull MM costs RM2,700 in the store, and the rental is RM172 per week. If you decide to buy, you will end up paying a total of RM2,872 as I need to make a small profit and I can’t sell it for RM2,700 which was what I paid!

What if I return the bag a day late or even a few hours?

Please don’t! The cut-off time is 5pm. If you return the bag late, the computer will automatically charge your credit card for another week! I have no control over the automated payment system.
