Eat healthy at Zuan Yuan

PETALING JAYA: Chefs of Zuan Yuan Chinese Restaurant in One World Hotel have prepared new dishes to encourage patrons to eat healthy.
The menu features dishes such as the Double Boiled Abalone and Chicken Soup with Sea Bamboo, Steamed Cod Fish with Bean Curd Roll, Braised Winter Melon with Pumpkin Sauce and the Fish Head Rice Noodles with Gastrodia Elata (Chinese herb).
The Braised Scallop and 
Assorted Mushroom Soup with Oat, Stir Fried Hong Kong Kai Lan with Pacific Clam and 
Arctic Shellfish, Wok Fried Sea Cucumber with Diced Smoked Duck and Sweetened Five Grain Bean Soup dishes debunk the perception that healthy food is unappetising and uninteresting to foodies.
Chef Chan, the mastermind behind the menu said: “It’s not how much you eat but what you eat. There is no need to eat less, just eat right.”
Also available are the Beef Short Rib with Vinegar, Stir Fried Celery and Mushroom with Walnut, Crispy Prawn with Orange Salad Sauce and Corn Custard Roll.
The Hearty and Healthy promotion is available for lunch and dinner until Dec 31.
